this is what i made for Carol in the Exchange heaven colour exchange, Glad you like it Carol, first time i have stitched on aida in some time but i needed to for the colour of tha fabric, it was ok actualy, i could actualy see it lol and i realy liked the result.

Crafty weekend class

this is one of the classes from the crafty weekend, it was Jo's class, she is fantastic at the wood work and we have made lots of fantastic things over the past few years....thanks Jo



Maz also showed us how to make her fantastic Milk Cartons(the ones she made when Jake was born) i will be making those for real soon, we just did a plain one to to practice....thanks Maz.

Last weeks finishes

Well i can show them now the weekend is over and a great weekend was had by all, well i hope so anyway, i had a fantastic time but why do they go so quickly?

firstly there is a little something i made for Maz and her new grandson, thank heaven for little boys, which is by Lizzie kate but will a few additions by me, i can never leave a design alone lol



then there is the heart alphabet that i showed you a little while ago, i finished it off and it went into the raffle....



i also made a button and ribbon jar for the raffle....



then there was the food exchange for which i made a cookie jar....i thought i had a pic of it full and complete but i hav'nt, but here it is very almost finished, you get the idea!



then you have michelles birthday pressie...and i think michelle was pleased with it!

A Sneaky Peek!

....of some of the bits i have been busy with this past week or so, i will give you full pics after the weekend, they have all kept me very busy but i think i am all done now, just got all the food etc and my stash to sort out....better go get on with it.

I am being busy, realy i am.

i will have lots of finishes to show you next week, i am busy busy with things for the crafty weekend which is this coming weekend, (ask me about it if you want to know more) i am making things for the raffle and things for the exchange, sorting food for the weekend , i also need to sort out what i am going to be "doing" at the weekend, i have no idea at the minute, will probably end up taking everything and sitting there doing nothing as usual lol well apart from chatting and laughing, i always manage plenty of that!

in the motorbike shed yesterday, DH went in and this was sitting in the corner, they had also tried making a nest in one of his lin bins on the wall lol

just had to show you this photo of him in his hat lol, 15 weeks old, he is a darling.

Challenge finish

i actualy managed to get a challenge done for challenge for a finish, a pin cushion mounted on a tiny tray, i found a set of them on a carboot last year and intended on mounting the stitching in the bottom of the tray but for the smallest i could'nt find a design small enough so this one was mounted on the rim, rather pleased with the result....

i stitched this one for the exchange heaven food and drink exchange but i realy loved it so did something that does'nt happen too often and stitched it again for myself.........
